Bonus Terms and Conditions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions ("Bonus Terms") apply to all promotions, bonuses, and reward systems offered by Flexbet.io, which is operated by Polaris Games, a brand managed by NexaTech Solutions Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Belize (Company Registration Number: 000047629), with its registered address at New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 1/2 Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize C.A.

By participating in any bonus or promotional offer on Flexbet.io, players agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms, along with our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Bonuses and promotions are available only to users of legal age in their jurisdiction and who have a verified account on Flexbet.io.

1.2 Flexbet.io reserves the right to restrict participation from certain jurisdictions.

2. Deposit Bonuses

2.1 All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 40x the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

2.2 The bonus must be fully wagered within 3 days from the moment it is credited. If this requirement is not met within the given timeframe, both the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

2.3 Only newly registered users are eligible to claim the initial deposit bonus. This bonus must be activated within 7 days of account registration. If no deposit and bonus activation occur within this period, the eligibility will expire permanently.

2.4 The maximum amount that can be unlocked and withdrawn from bonus funds is 200% of the credited bonus amount. Any amount exceeding this limit will be removed from the account upon successful completion of the wagering requirement.

2.5 Not all games or providers support play using bonus funds. Players are responsible for checking if a game allows betting with Bonus Balance. Wagers made on ineligible games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus cancellation.

2.6 Wagering contribution varies by game type:

• [a] Wagers on eligible provider games count at a ratio of 1:1.
• [b] Wagers on Flexbet Originals count at a ratio of 1:0.2.
• [c] Only bets between $0.10 and $10 qualify toward meeting the wagering requirement for deposit bonuses.

These conditions apply unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.

2.7 If a bonus expires or is canceled before the wagering requirement is completed:

• [a] all profits generated while the bonus was active will be voided.
• [b] 1% of the total wagering amount made using the bonus balance will be deducted from the main balance.

2.8 While any bonus (Deposit Bonus, Free Spins, or Gift Money) is active, users will not be able to:

• [a] send tips
• [b] create Rain or Coin Drops
• [c] request withdrawals

These features will only become available once all active bonuses have either been fully wagered or canceled.

2.9 Withdrawals from the main balance are only permitted after all active bonuses have either been fully wagered or canceled.

2.10 Any active, unfinished bets (such as Mines, Towers, or similar games) will be canceled if the bonus expires before fulfilling the wagering requirement.

2.11 A user may only have one active bonus at any given time. Activating a new bonus while another is still active will result in the automatic cancellation of the oldest bonus.

2.12 To be eligible for any deposit bonus, users must complete Level 3 KYC verification. Failure to do so may result in the removal of bonus funds, forfeiture of winnings, and disqualification from future promotional offers.

3. Free Spins

3.1 Free Spins are awarded progressively across your first three deposits: 70, 80, and 90 spins respectively.

3.2 Winnings from Free Spins are credited as Bonus Balance only upon user request and are subject to a 50x wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

3.3 All Free Spins must be used within the validity period of 3 days from the moment they are credited. Any unused spins or unclaimed winnings will be forfeited after this period.

3.4 The minimum deposit required to activate Free Spins is $25. If the total Free Spins winnings exceed $25, the user must deposit at least the equivalent amount to unlock the bonus.

3.5 The maximum withdrawable amount from Free Spins winnings is $100, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

3.6 All Free Spins winnings are treated as bonus funds and follow the general Bonus Terms & Conditions. Failure to meet the required wager within the time limit will result in the automatic forfeiture of both the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

3.7 Only bets between $0.10 and $10 will be counted toward the wagering requirement from Free Spins winnings.

4. Reward Center & Calendar

4.1 All bonuses, cashback, rakeback, VIP rewards, and special offers are managed through the Reward Center.

4.2 The Rewards Calendar allows players to claim daily bonuses split into three time-based claim windows: 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 UTC.

4.3 Each reward must be claimed within 24 hours or it will expire permanently.

4.4 Some bonuses may be split between the main balance and the Rewards Calendar and released gradually over 7 days.

5. Rakeback & Instant Rewards

5.1 Players earn instant rakeback once they wager a minimum of $50. Rakeback is claimable from the Reward Center.

5.2 Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Bonuses are unlocked at $50, $250, and $1,000 wager thresholds respectively.

5.3 These bonuses may be partially credited instantly and partially distributed via the Rewards Calendar.

5.4 Claiming a bonus may activate Rakeboost, a temporary multiplier on rakeback earnings based on the user’s VIP rank.

6. VIP Program

6.1 Players progress through multiple VIP ranks (e.g., Bronze to Zeus), each with level-up rewards.

6.2 Level-Up Rewards are calculated based on wager volume, deposit history, net losses, and overall activity.

6.3 A portion of these rewards may be released instantly, with the remainder scheduled through the Rewards Calendar.

7. Abuse & Limitations

7.1 Any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Multiple account creation
• Coordinated betting patterns to exploit bonuses

7.2 While the use of VPNs is not explicitly prohibited, any abuse of VPNs to gain unfair advantages or bypass bonus rules may result in restriction or removal of bonuses.

7.3 Flexbet.io reserves the right to void any bonuses and suspend accounts involved in abuse or suspicious activity.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 All decisions made by Flexbet.io regarding bonus eligibility, usage, and disputes are final.

8.2 Flexbet.io may amend these Bonus Terms at any time. Players are encouraged to review them regularly.
